Being a Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker, Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, a Certified Reiki Level III Practicioner and 220 hour Certified Yoga Teacher I am honored to share the gift of Massage and bodywork to everyone who walks through the door.  

This work teaches me everyday about the healing experience. It is physical but it is also individual and personal.  

I am committed to my own personal growth as a massage therapist/bodyworker by working together with each client to promote their own journey and participation in the sometimes powerful self-healing process. I strive to facilitate change and to create a "place" to find healing and balance.
